Product development and licensing · Florida

Patent-pending products, ready for a manufacturer to take to market.

We find everyday problems people will pay to solve, design the fix, file the patent and build a working prototype. Then we license it to a company that can make it well and sell it widely.

Every product shown here has a U.S. patent application on file.

MagBite being cast at a target disc beside a Florida lake Demo · 1:08

MagBite

The catch of fishing, without hooks or water.

Cast a magnetic lure at a target disc and the catch snaps on. A rim hit is a catch, a center hit is the keeper. MagBite turns real casting practice into a backyard game that kids and adults play head to head, and the whole kit packs into a carry bag.

  • Demos in seconds. The magnetic snap reads instantly, on video or in an aisle.
  • Teaches real skills. Casting accuracy, reel control and knot tying, so it sells as a learning tool as well as a game.
  • Built-in replay. Color-tiered fish (bass, redfish, snook) keep players going for one more cast.
  • Playtested. Our testers got far more competitive than we expected, and the adults were the hardest to pull away.

Four spice jars fitted with Popper Top tabs Demo · 0:31

Popper Top

A lid tab that makes containers easier to open and tells you what's inside by touch.

A small tab extends past the edge of the lid, so it does two jobs at once. It works as a lever, turning the same effort into more opening force at the closure. And its shape carries a tactile code that a hand finds and reads in passing: a flat edge for pour, a rounded edge for sprinkle, or a distinct shape for each container on the shelf.

  • Less force to open. A real help for arthritis, weak grip or wet hands, with no separate gadget to buy or find.
  • Identify by touch. Works in a dim pantry, a crowded cabinet, or for anyone with low vision.
  • Two ways to market. Molded into new closures, or as peel-and-stick tabs for the containers people already own.
  • Universal design. Solve for the hardest user and every user gets a better lid.

  • Spice and pantry brands

Two golf clubs held off the grass by Grip Keeper kickstands Demo · 1:04

Grip Keeper

Keeps the grip off wet ground.

Every golfer sets a club down: a putter while lining up a putt, a wedge on the fringe, a spare club by the bunker. Grip Keeper is a low-profile kickstand that sticks to the shaft, folds flat, and flips down with one hand to hold the grip up off wet grass, sand and fertilizer.

  • Adhesive mount. No clamp and no scratched shafts.
  • Folds flat. Sits against the shaft and goes in the bag with the club.
  • One-hand deploy. Flick it down, set the club, pick it back up.
  • Universal. Putters, wedges, any club that gets set down during a round.

Why license with us

We do the early work so your team can evaluate a real product, not an idea.

01

The IP is filed

Every product we show has a U.S. patent application on file, so conversations start from a protected position on both sides.

02

It already works

Working prototypes and video of real people using them. You can see the product do its job before you commit engineering time.

03

The packet is ready

Sell sheet, demo video, prototype details and an IP summary, ready to send the day the NDA is signed.

04

Terms that fit you

Royalty license, upfront plus royalty, an evaluation option, or outright acquisition. We structure around your launch plan.

About

A small team that builds things and finishes them.

A List Products, LLC is a Florida product development and licensing company. We look for everyday problems with real buyers, design a practical fix, file the patent, and build and test a working prototype. Then we partner with a manufacturer that can produce it at scale and get it onto shelves.

We don't run factories. Our partners do what they do best, and we bring them products that are ready to evaluate, with the paperwork in order.

The company was founded by inventor Keven Tinsley, its President. Keven is a hands-on builder who also runs a licensed electrical contracting business in Florida, so prototypes get built and tested in-house.

Prototypes get built and used for real before anything goes in front of a partner.

Let's talk about bringing one of these to market.

Tell us which product and your category, and we'll send the licensing packet. We're happy to work under your NDA.
